We have good knowledge of Broker price opinions and we can help the real estate brokers to complete the BPO reports. All the BPO’s processed by us are carefully checked and are sent to the client for final review. We evaluate two types of property 1. Exterior Inspection, 2. Interior and Exterior Inspection.
Once we received the address of the property which need to be evaluated, We will do the following process:
- Downloading the Tax Record from the county website.
- Downloading the MLS for the subject (Property) from the county website.
- Downloading 6 comps (comparable-nearby similar properties) from the MLS website.
- List comps – Currently active on the market or in pending status.
- Sold comps – Recently sold within 6 months/12months.
Once collected all the above documents, we login to the BPO website using the login credentials and enter data in the appropriate form carefully using the Tax record, Subject MLS, Comps and finally uploading pictures and submit the form once QC is done.
